Local Preorders | How It Works

  1. Preorders open every Thursday at 3:00 PM Central and close the following Tuesday at 3:00 PM Central, unless specified otherwise. This is the preorder window.

  2. All available items will be listed below during the preorder window. Add the desired goods to your cart. Proceed with checkout as normal.

  3. Pickups are available on the Saturday immediately following preorders. Only local pickups are permitted, and your pickup location will be selected during checkout. More detailed pickup instructions will be included in your order confirmation email, depending on your checkout location.

  4. Pick up your items at the location and time specified during checkout and via your order confirmation email. Please bring your order number (provided via your confirmation email) for verification. Any unclaimed items left within 15 minutes of the pickup window will be considered forfeited, and refunds are not permitted for forfeited items.
