  • • Room temperature: Store in an air-tight container for 3-5 days. You have the option to include a slice of bread in the container to keep the cookies soft.

    • Freezer: Wrap the cookies in parchment paper and place them in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months. The parchment paper will prevent sticking and freezer burn. To thaw, let the cookies sit on the counter until room temperature. You can also reheat them for 15-20 seconds in a toaster oven (preferred) or microwave.

  • Benoit Bakehouse operates on a preorder-to-local pickup schedule to ensure that all preordered items are made fresh and availability is guaranteed to the consumer.
